In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk997", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk997 platform, operated at pk997.io, and its associated services, products and features.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk997 platform in any capacity.
